The Radiology team at MUSC Children’s Health provides pediatric imaging expertise to our providers and private physicians across the state. Since imaging plays an integral role in the high quality care of children, we work closely with our referring physicians to optimize diagnosis and treatment through safe, timely, and appropriate imaging. As pediatric subspecialists, we never lose sight of the unique needs of the children and parents we serve.

EOS® is an advanced, low-dose imaging technology that provides clear, full-body images of your child in a natural standing or seated position.

During a quick exam, images are captured from the front and side at the same time, allowing specialists to evaluate alignment and identify conditions such as scoliosis or limb-length differences.

With significantly less radiation than traditional X-rays, EOS is well suited for ongoing monitoring and gives your child’s care team the precise information needed to guide diagnosis and personalized treatment.
