A virtual urgent care video visit includes:

  • Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. availability
  • Care for ages 6 and older
  • 10 to 15 minute wait time
  • 10 to 15 minute video consultation
  • Insurance billed or $45 flat rate
  • Real-time care plan and guidance

Conditions we treat virtually

For non-emergencies, our pediatric providers can evaluate and treat many common issues online.

  • Allergies (seasonal hay fever, mild allergic reactions)
  • Cold, flu, and other viral symptoms (fever, cough, congestion)
  • COVID-19 screening and symptom questions
  • Ear, nose & throat concerns (earache, sore throat, sinus symptoms)
  • Eye irritation or “pink eye” (conjunctivitis)
  • Skin concerns (rashes, eczema flares, acne, insect bites, mild sunburn)
  • Head lice evaluation and treatment guidance
  • Mild stomach issues (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, upset stomach)
  • Constipation or mild abdominal discomfort (non-urgent)
  • Urinary symptoms / suspected UTI (age-appropriate)
  • Minor headaches or mild migraine history (non-urgent)
  • Allergy action-plan questions and epinephrine auto-injector refills
  • Asthma maintenance questions (mild symptoms, inhaler refills)
  • Medication refills and general health questions when appropriate for virtual care
  • Travel health questions and pre-travel guidance
  • Post-operative check-ins when a virtual visit is appropriate
